lol what did i do?

i was pulling one trans and replacing the other both autos. well there seems to be 3 shafts that lead to the torque converter. the very center one pulled right out. but it doenst do that on the newer trans :screwy: ill try to get some pics

I don't know exactly which auto your working on but I'll assume an AOD. And like StangRacer said it suppose to be able to pull out and def put it back in lol.

well i got a replacement trans and this one doenst pull out both are aod c4

Just make sure when you put the converter back on you get the converter seated on the splines correctly, or you will ruin the seals and cause big problems.
