solenoid vavles

Ok i have a 90 civic lx and putting in jdm b16. I see the jdm is suposed to have purge cutoff solenoid valve and a pressure regulator cut off solenoid valve. My car has the purge cut off solenoid valve. So my question is what am i suposed to do with the wiring, or do i need that pressure cut-off valve.

just run your fuel pressure regulator directly off a vacuum port on the intake manifold. it wont make a bit of difference.

This does not help my problem. I am asking about the wiring. If i can substitute the purge for the pressure solenoid valve.
