A couple lose ends on H22a Swap

On the h22a wiring harness there are two plugs next to the injectors, on the h23a there is only one.. what does that extra do? also where the harness comes out on the left side I have an extra plug with a black and a wht/yel wire gonig into it...

What engine do you have... h22a4 or JDM h22a?

I don't remember having any connectors left over, but I have heard of some owners who have swapped the OBDII h22a4 into their 4th gen have a few extra connectors. Two, I think it was. If you can start the car without getting a CEL on a stock p13, then don't worry about it.
