Passat quarter mile time?

i was just wondering if anyone knows the quarter mile time for a '98 automatic VW passat. im not quite sure what engine it has, but i think its a 2L Turbo.

most likely its a 1.8T
I think a stock does around 16.5 sec ... automatic will probably do around 18 sec (if not 20) :Q

does anyone know for certain? its the automatic with the tiptronic transmission so i think that helps?
