94 ga signal problem

friends got a 94 grand am, his right turn signal light wont light, and the light doesnt come on with the parking lights, but it will come on with the hazards. left signal works fine, light bulb is fine, any ideas?

Check the ground and all the wires for good connections, and no short. Try to clear up any rust. I just worked on a friends old pickup and the lights where doing weird things, like the L/F turn signal wouldn't work with the head lights on, but only the park lights. The filament for the park light flashed, not the flasher filament. Weird stuff. It was just a bad ground in the light assyembly. Now everything works fine.
