Cam gears...

For my next upgrade, i would like to either install a DC Header or a pair of cam gears. I was wondering if there is much power to extract from timing with a 1995 Si with CAI, pulleys, and Cat-back. Also, could i use other peoples' cam adjustments, with similar mods rather than tune on a dyno? If i did decide to use a dyno though, how long would it probably take for them to tune cam gears and an SAFC (which i might also get if i'll have to use a dyno)? My alternative is just a DC ceramic header and Neuspeed strut brace to help handling. Opinions PLEASE! Thanks.

No. Even if you had the exact same model, exact same year, exact same mileage; it would be different. One car responds to one mod much differently than another, and to get the most out of it, you need to tune it correctly.
