coolant leak...

First off let me say that I am by no means a car expert. So can anyone help me out with this? I have a 96 Jeep 4.0 Cherkokee, 121000mi. The other day it was starting to overheat. I pulled over and noticed it was leaking coolant everwhere. I pulled over and refilled it. I figured it was the inner radiator hose. I drove home fine after that. I went out of town and didnt drive it for a day. Then the next day I drove a short distance around town and it was fine. I ignored it. I then drove it to work the following day (15 miles) and on the way home the problem happened again..coolant everywhere. I looked this time and the hoses seem to be fine. I cant figure out where its leaking from. I need some advice before I take it in. What should i look for. thanks.

Not a lot to go by but one of the most common leak spots on a 4.0 is the weep hole on the water pump see if there is a residue trail on the lower radiator hose leading to the water pump if it is the usual case it has been going on in small amounts and leaves stains marks.
