Fooled a wannabe...

I was at my cousins school today and I noticed a lot of people looking at this car in the parking lot.It turned out it was a *Sigh* riced out mustang. :disappoin Anyways I decided to go and ask him a few questions.First I walked up to the car,looked around a bit.And I saw the interior.To my surprise,he had 4.YES FOUR(4) tachometers.I was amazed.He had the stock,the pillar,one by the radio and one on the passenger side for some reason.He also had 3 water gauges.I guess he wants to make sure its really cool water.Finally,what I think I should mostly point out is the color of the interior.Pink.I got nothing against pink but doesnt that seem a little weird for a hotshot teacher.(Thats what he told me when I asked him)

Anyways,heres where it gets good.The engine mods!

I went up to the guy looking interested,he was pretty short for a racer.I swear I dont think that he can see the winshield when he gets in.So I first asked him

1.So what kind of mustang is this? (engine size,etc.)

He said "Its a 3.8 supercharged." (Then he took a bite out of his sandwhich like if he was king of egypt)

(here goes my first weird question to him)
So you went with the 3.6 first right? Then had it bored and stroked to 3.8?

He sais,"Yea,yea,it was very expensive" (uhh :eek7: )

He started walking away from me a bit,but I followed him around.

Question "So you still got the stock exhaust or something else?
Answer; "No,I put in a new magnaflow last week"
Question "You got the whole setup or just mufflers"
Answer "Just the mufflers for now,its better that way" (I got a little confused at this point.)
Question"So what other mods are you planning to do?"
Answer "Well im planning on putting a 4.3 liter from the new mustang ones in it." (Ok,was/is there ever a 4.3 mustang??? I thought it was just 3.8 4.6 5.0 right?)

Question,"Why not the 4.6,isnt that what people usually go for?"
Answer "Well,I wanted to be different"
Question "So you race it right?"
Answer"Right.I just raced it last night in the 710."
Question"What does it do in the track?"
Answer"Well I havent taken it yet,but it does about 14's which is very,very good for a mustang" (I just agreed with the man,I had him cornered at this point)
Question" Why havent you taken it,you can just go to famoso right?"
Answer "I cant,I have to break in the engine first,or else the supercharger could fail me at the launch." (Ive never had a sc car.Is this true?)
Question"About the 4.3 swap you said.Doesnt Gm/Chevy make that?
Answer "Yea,its got lots more horsepower than this.Im probably gonna get it done after I get the dyno on this one first." (Dont those vortecs make like 190 hp /250 torque?)

I had to finish this up so I just went for it,besides,I had to get my cousin home.

Question,"so for the swap,your gonna go for the rotary with the pistons right?"
Answer "No,im getting the rotaries first.Then add the pistons"

Im done here.I said goodbye to the man,while I was LAUGHING MY ASS OFF on the inside.I had more faith in this guy.Hes like 35,I thought for sure he wouldnt mess up the death question.Oh well,I had my amazing chuckle for the day. :loser: :rofl: :lol:

Add-on....I realize that this may seem like a "BS story".Partly because when you read it,it seems like it was a long conversation.But,in fact,this whole thing lasted only about a minute.I just saw the guys car,asked him the questions,and took my cousin home.

hmmm......Not to call BS but, this story kind of reminds me of the Domestic Rice in Teckadynamics Mischief DVD. The one where they walk up to a mustang that says GTR and he asks if he has a rotory with pistons an all that.The guy says yea turbo an stock intercooler with "NAWS" LMFAO!
