Need Help!

Hey there, bought a 99 Eclipse GS a few months ago. I just develpled a sqeak. With water and some white lithium grease I have narrowed the problem down. What is the part that is located along the serpentine belt that is at the very top, the one that you can see from at the top of the engine. Is this a bearing problem internally, or can the wheel be replaced? The belt is in new condition and the tension is correct, it is definately coiming from this unit.

on my 95 it is the powersteering pump. i'm pretty sure it's the same on a 99.
if this is so then check the fluid. but these pumps are not known for durability.
