Caprice Ignition Problems

I parked my Caprice in a garage, untouched, battery connected, for about one month. Upon attempting to start it, the engine would not turn over at all. The battery power seems to be fine: headlights are bright, instrument cluster is fine, the electrical systems seems to power up, (ie. the ingition and rear end sensors click) but the engine simply does not crank at all. I jumped with another car it just to make sure, but it had no effect. Any clues to what may be wrong.

it may be a bad starter. check the fuses and all ground connections.

when You Turn The Ignition Switch Forward Do You Hear The Fuel Pump Turn On?

Also I Know This Sounds Dumb And Im Sorry If It Seems Stupid, But Did You Turn Off Your Car In Reverse, Maybe The Gears Arent In Park, Try Putting The Car In Neutral And Putting Them Back In Park, And Try Again, Then Again Maybe The Ignition Switch Has Gone Bad, It Can Be Alot Of Things, It Can Be That Your Starter Cable Is Loose Or It Has Just Simply Rusted Off The Starter, It Can Be Alot Of Things, Keep Us Informed, Peace

Does the starter click when attempting to start it? Maybe there was a build-up of condensation on the brushes in the starter. Try jumping the solenoid on the side of the starter with a screwdriver (carefull not to shock yourself), or try tapping the casing lightly with a hammer. Of course, check all of your connections, and let us know what happens...
