new owner questions

Hello, i just purchased a 97 Vr6 Wagon and i have a few questions off the bat. my hatch doesnt open, i dont have keyless entry so i have to use my key... i turn it in the lock and i think the lock is nolonger functioning mechanically, aka turning the key does nothing. all other door locks function. my front windows control fine from the driver side but the rear controls dont seem to work: theres a button on the console that has a window picture that pushes in and out... no matter what setting its on the switches only lock my doors and do not open or close the windows or even unlock the doors

my only petty conscern is that im really interested in bmw-style headlights and im wondering if that is an option and if so where to buy it.
