New Pictures online

I don't want to swamp this thread with images, so to save Igor some bandwidth :) I will just add a link to where you can find new pictures of my G20 (taken today). I finally got my hands on a digital cam and Mr. Coilover & others wanted to see the TEIN setup on my car - so feast your eyes. I know, I need an exhaust :) (coming soon). The car looks somewhat dark in some images.. must be my lack of photography skills :)

And for all you white rim haters - I washed the rims 3 days ago and they look super clean, so eat my poop!!!!!! :D

love everything except for the wiper blades... white doesnt look good

Your car looks great, man. Very clean, tasteful ride. I'd go back to black wiper blades but i do think the white rims look good. The pics turned out pretty well also. The shaved rear decals look slick. I'm going to do the same thing to my car before i get it repainted.

About the badges... I noticed a lot of people remove the "INFINITI" and "G20" but leave the Infiniti symbol in the same place... I think it'd look SO much better if you remove it and move it down a bit so that its centered. You may even want to go with an I30 Infiniti symbol, its a lil bigger and would look perfect. Trust me! ;) ...sorta how the P10 G20's have the badge.

What setting do you have the Teins on and what size rims?

Ok, I guess I'll go back to the black wipers :).

I would have to look around for an I30 badge. I agree about the centering - never really thought of it though :).

Rims are 17's, setting is at 1.7" (45mm)

anyway, love the car. you now own the title of "the nicest red p11" hehe. ;)

some things you might want to do next:

clear corners
clear tailamps
upgrade headlights bulbs
upgrade fog light bulbs
exhaust as you mentioned

I plan on getting PIAA Xenon yellow fogs - think it will look good with the red.

The head lights are Hyperwhites - so I'm happy with those.

Definitely an exhaust - and I gotta bust out the dremel :).

Atomic, if you clear out the sidelights, be prepared for it to take forever, and make sure you have the right tools with you from the start.
I did mine, and in the end, ended up paying $60 for a whole new side light because it was so hard to get the yellow out.
I really don't care if there is yellow now :)

There's a part of me that wants to clear out the lights, and another that doesn't.

Mainly, because - like you said, there is the chance of messing something up. And not only that, but the whole bulb issue. I really don't want white blinking lights and have trouble with the police. And even so, what if something happened and I caused an accident because of my white blinking lights. I'm having mixed feelings. Though clearing them out would look good, I just dunno ..:confused:

Did you trim your light brows even, or did you leave one of them longer than the other? Just curious.

Damn, b-b00gie! That's exactly what i was going to do! Except i was going to use the badge from a P10. Now that i know the I30 uses the same badge, i'll go with that. Thanks for the tip!

I didn't trim the eyebrows - I put them up as they came, however the right hand side needs some new velcro and isn't all the way to the end of the corner light because of that :).

HELL YEAH!!! Red G's Rule!! Looking tight man, good move going back to the black wipers. Now all you need is the Turbo :)

I have to be a broken record--lose the white wipers, MAYBE try red if you want colored ones ( hard red to match).

One suggestion for a CHEAP mod. Red license plate bulbs. Looks real nice on a red car! I don't know how cops are up your parts but, they never f'd w/ me + w/ red car it looks like reflection.

Looks how a G20 should... ...so fresh and so clean, clean!

From a fellow Tein owner... Looks very nice dawg. I've been waiting to see those pics. Not bad shots either. You have a nice looking G there. Only if I had a digital camera...:( I would have to wait anyway b/c I haven't put rims on it yet. Maybe I can pull some strings. Keep up the good work on the bloodshot G20.

One other thing. What's with those Nissan covers over the headrests?

If you want clear lenses without the worries just get yourself a set of the Philips Silvervision bulbs. That way you get the clear look but the turn signals will still be amber when they light up. I plan on doing that to my car. I've seen it on other cars and not only does it look pimp as hell, it's *legal*. You'll still have to deal with the hassle of actually getting rid of the amber in the lenses, but at least you won't have the legal/ethical worries.

yea dude the car looks really nice!!!! I just got my eibach springs, I am going to get them put on tommorow, I really like your drop on your car im not sure if I am going to be happy with the eibach, does anyone have eibachs??

I personally have the Tein's. But I do know for a fact that Eibachs have one of the best rides for springs. You will need shocks but I just didn't get them b/c they didn't lower my car enough. They are a very good spring.

Yea... I just didnt want to spend a lot of money on teins or ground controls.. and im low on $$ cause I had a crash, and I just got the car back yesterday after a month.. but im not sure... have you seen a drop on eibachs, do they look good?

I'll look into the red bulbs for the plates and see how it looks :).

About the headrest covers. I put them on there because welp, the headrests looked too plain and I wanted the headrest covers to work with my color scheme - white/red/black. Not only that, but it helps with all the grease in my hair (jk) :). My mother brought back the headrest covers from Europe - she is coming back tomorrow, with some more and hopefully I can get something going for different types and styles, brands etc - if there is interest :). I figure, if the seatbelt pads were such a hit, this could be too - better than tweety bird headrest covers ;).
