spark plugs

hi guys i have a 1991 chevy Z-24 cavalier. its pretty cool. but i have this wierd problem with it. im trying to change the spark plugs and i want to know how to take off the caps. are they the pull off type or the kind you have to twist and pull.

caps? you mean between plug and plug wire? they should twist right off
