Ok i found a pretty inexpensive exhaust system (ultra-flow w/4 in tip)
from a 91 Integra. What mods are required to fit it on my 85 1.5 CRX ? Will it be expensive to make it fit? Thanks for any advice!

why not just rip the muffler off, and get custom piping made up?
thats what i did, i got a muffler + 2-1/4" pipe mandrel bent custom + installed for $200

yeah that's pretty easy and cheap. Get a custom made pipe (be sure to be there when he will make your pipe, so you can ask whatever you want). I got mine for 200$ CAN so that's around 160$ US...
