umm I think I have a problem

Today I was driving my 240 and hit the brakes at like 55-60mph and the car started shaking really bad, still stoped fine but it was annoying. and I started to notice a little shaking at about 50-55 while accelerating(from bad PS pump I think) has anyone else had either of these problems?? I think my rotors may be warped but don't know for sure.

I just wanted to make sure so I didn't go spend money on something that wouldn't solve the problem. but thanks

it could be that you don't have power steering..had an old maxima and shook when i drove high speeds and braked cause of that....warped rotors too and i had experienced with different size(smaller in front) tires from the rear which caused the front to shake like crazy when i braked.

ask a mechanic if there is any possibility that the rotors could be saved by resurfacing them, most likely not but its worth a shot
