Where Is 97 Maxima Trunk Release?

I Recently Bought A 97 Maxima Se Limited. There Is No Owners Manual That Came With It, So I'm Pretty Much Figuring Everything Out Myself. Where Is The Manual Trunk Latch? The One Key That Came With The Car Does Not Open It, And I Can't Find Anything In The Car To Open It. Thank You!!

Drivers side next to your left foot when you get in. That is also the gas tank opener.

Someone Already Suggested That, But It Doesn't Work. When I Pull Up On The Gas Tank Opener, It Opens The Tank Only. When I Press Down On The Lever, It Does Nothing???

That's strange. That is where it is on my 98 Maxima. Try checking the door itself and in the glove comp. In my Brother's 3rd gen maxima it was on the door.

on yeah, its a pushbutton on the actual door, 1/2 way up the door......... :)

why is it that sometimes the key doesnt work? my key wont work either!!!
