stang 5.0 vs. eclipse gst

well whats up guys,

me and my friend ae goign to race soon. well i have a 1987 mustang 5.0 gt my dad gave it to me for my birthday well my friend has a 1995 eclipse gst. both cars are stock my is stick and his is auto. so who do u think will win the race.

Drivers race.If you can drive good then I think you can take him.A 95 eclipse gst automatic is a low to mid 15 sec car I believe.

There should be no competition. The eclipse weighs nearly as much, and puts out signicantly less whp. Throw in the fact that it's an automatic and the only thing that will allow him to win is if you suck at driving stick.

close one but well if you can get him from stop. out launching would be great *you should being stick and RWD* but its pretty close a roll i think he'd get you big time.

that would be a good race. i didnt no 2nd gen GST's came in automatic.
