3rd gen trans am: price range??

there is a guy in my town that has a 3rd gen trans am. physically, it looks like it's in good condition. it needs tires. i dunno if it runs. what would u expect to pay for a car like this? i live in ct, if that helps, any. thanks

my brother paid 400 for a 86 trans am, has the
performance suspension package, performance sound,
5.0 liter h.o., auto trans, but the body was a little
bit ruff.

well find out if it runs first of all. that will change the price alot.
