ok so i have akways dreamed of having a classic...the thing is im not a pro at all this rebuilding and customizing thing but i learn quick, i wanna learn and i work hard...so im looking for a "fixer upper" of a mustang to work on over summer and so on...does anyone knwo of any websites that have a breakdown of like engines and what all the specs mean and like how wiring is done and basically how to make things work?

go to your local community college and enroll in basic automotive service, body, and restoration programs. that'll teach you the fundamentals. while you'r eat it, get to know people, ask questions. you'll gain connections and meet people who will make lots of things happen.

yea, meeting people is HUGE in the automotive world. when you talk to someone who restores cars, i promise you he knows everyone in the state.
