I was wondering where I could find altezza tail lights for the 04 Cavalier.

Any set of 95+ Altezza tails will work, but you have to remove the plastic running across your trunk. You can purchase a carbon fiber filler for that area from www.rksport.com. It is around 160USD though.

Or you can swap your trunk with an pre 2003 trunk.
