smoke

ok so i bought this clean ass 92 teg for 1g.the guy thought the head was blown but turns out he had about 8 quarts of oil in this thing.so i do a good tune up.when it turn the car on it doesnt smoke but once it gets warmed up to bout half then it starts to smoke.not all crazy at idle but when i get on it,it puts out this smoke screen.i cked the cyl comp and their is no oil on the new spark plugs.so i think its the exh valve stem seals.i just bought them and i allready pulled the head off.has anybody had this similar prob?

Sounds more like a head gasket to me. But if you already have the head off then go ahead and replace the valve seals.
