93 Jimmy Bad Cluster??

I've read all I can, and know the cluster is a common issue and how to get it fixed, where to send it.

I have a question...

Do the turn signals and speedometer usually go out at the same time?

Everything else works. I just want to make sure it's the cluster before I take it out and send it off.

I did have an electrical shop tell me it was the cluster, but I thought I'd float this out here just in case they are wrong.
