On the topic of adjusting clutches, which way should I turn it if my clutch enguages (meaning I am releasing the pedal) too soon and it's hard to get it into gear? It seems to take more effort than it should to put it in gear, too much resistance. I think this is due to the fact that my clutch is engaugeing too soon or that it doesn't fully disengauge.

Will someone confirm this, I need to turn it left to loosen the cable?

turn the adjustment (near the battery) counter-clockwise...i had the same problem, you should feel it get looser, if that makes it worse go the other way.

Righty Tighty,
Lefty Loosey.
If its really tight, then once you put it in gear and let off the clutch, the car with jump into gear. Making it really loose gives it a slower reaction. When I bought my CRX, it was soo tight that once I put it in 1st, it literally jumped 10 feet in a second.
I hope this helps you out.
