Never had 94-97 door panel off but have taken off the ones from my 93 numerous times. At least on mine there is one screw towards the bottom near the trailing edge. Remove that and then slide the whole panel up. It is held in place by several hooks on the bottom and the lip on the top fits down into the door itself. Just be careful of the wiring for the windows, locks, etc. and the inner door handle itself. Hope that helps.

Thank you, I will try that, it appears to have some kind of snaps that I didn't want to break or ruin trying, thank you so much,

Dont forget to take off the courtesy light first. It should snap off with a screw driver.(Flat-Head)There should be a screw in there that will lossen up the bottom of the door(Phillips Head). After that, lift the door from the bottom and it should pop up.
