need stereo install help

i have a 91 civic, trying to install a new cd deck.... i found a wiring guide, but i still have two wires left over. so obviously i cant get the damned thing to work...


the two wires left over(from the cars harness) are:

Red with Black stripe
White with Green stripe


from the deck harness theres a few wires left over too:
blue
blue with white stripe
red

It wont work because the red wire from the deck is your Ignition one. Blue is antenna related I think, and the blue with white is the remote amp turn on. I have no idea what the harness ones are, but arent you using an adapter, or are you just splicing them? The white with a green stripe sounds like a speaker positive, and come to think of it the other one very well could be too.

OK im pretty sure you need to hook the red with black to the red. next you should hook the blue with white to the white with green. The extra blue should be used if you install an amp.

The blue with white...as I said...Is the amp remote. Dont hook that up to any other wires.
