i need interior help

I was wondering if its possible to take out the dash piece thats above the steering wheel on a 95 honda civic ex. Its the piece that has the sunroof buttons the rear defrost button, all the climate control buttons and the radio. I have no idea how to get this out because i want to paint it. hopefully someone could help...Thanks
