I Want To Buy!!!!

i need to know where can i get all the parts to do this 99-00 CIVIC conversion on my 97 civic. ive seen some bumpers on ebay for like $60 bucks but then i have to pay for shipping and handling which goes up another 60-70 dollars where can i get these parts for cheap and around the southern cali area???????????????? :screwy: please let me know if any of you guys also have these parts that are willing to sell!

why would you want to do that?? just to make the car look newer? or are you wanting to do some sort of engine swap? i'm kinda confused... enlighten me
