help wit a 87 lude

my friends got a 87 lude its super clean only 35k on it and we're thinking of things to do to it.can a h22a fit in it?and is it possibly to put a turbo on it too?or should he just get like some other motor and build it or what?hes open to ideas leave me some ideas so i can tell him

yes man the car still has like no marks wat so ever its been sitting in his garage basically since his parents bought it.i mean the damn plastic is on the seats and it still have the original dealer paper floormats.and i mean its so damn clean not a stonechip at all never been in snow or rain its one damn nice car

to answer your question... yes a h22a will fit in an 87 lude, with a turbo. but a cheaper, but not quite as effective route, would be putting a b16 with some sort of forced induction. from what i have read, it is a fairly do-able swap. also a b18c would be a good swap. they are all good routes as far as i'm concerned.

It is possible to do all of the above. Turbo the stock engine, swap to the h22, swap to the h22 and then turbo... It's got options similar to any other car.

ok well has anyone ordered motors from streetlegal.com or hmotorsonline.com? cuz hes thinking hmotorsonline and getting a t3/t4 turbo from turbonetics.is it a good setup?
