b16 wiring

Im almost done with my wiring for my jdm b16 to my 90 civic. I have all done excpet two things; first is the throttle angle sensor, second is the cut off solenoid valve. I have no idea what to do with the throttle angle sensor I ahve been told to switch the wires around to make it work but theres 3 wires. Then I was told to take the A6 wire from the motor to the A10 pin on the ecu, but isn't A6 a ground. please help im almost done with my swap.
