ok i drove my car to the store today and the clutch pulls right off the floor it used to pull half way. but i was driving home and it was hard to get into gear but playing with it ,it finally went. i got home and i put fluid in the resivoir and the clutch got harder and harder. so i crank up the car to make sure it would pull half way and the car doesn't move. the slave cyl. is good it moves. its a brand new tranny brand new clutch and press plate, new throw out bearing, new axels. im clueless on this one. my dad says he thinks it is the shaft broke inside the clutch. but a buddy says the pressure plate shattered. if anyone could give me any info on this please and i mean please let me know. this is the fourth tranny i gone through...thanks alot

Doesn't sound like a tranny prob
sound more like a clutch/disengaging prob.
start with the easiest stuff first, is this situation, the clutch master and salve cylinder, also try adjusting the master cylinder, check for leaks etc

I just snapped an input shaft. :smokin: Lets hope yours is less severe. Since we know you have air in your system, thats going to be an issue. I cant explain the above quote though without assuming the tranny or clutch has failed though.

okay if the pedal is on the floor this could mean it is in the engaged position, which could explain the ability to rock it (still not in gear )I don't think this is the situation though because the pressure needed to engage it (or disengage it I'm not sure) could he have air lock that bad???
also please take no offense here, but if this is your fourth tranny, maybe you should think about getting an auto. I know I abuse the shit out of my manual and so far I've only had to replace the clutch once.
