Which way does your toliet paper roll? Very important!

Ok everyone. This is a way off topic, but I have to vent. Why in the hell do people put the toilet paper going from underneath? You have to search and search for it and if you just spin it towards you you never find the end. So with that all said which way does your toilet paper roll?

Over? or
Under?

My downstairs roll is under, only because if it is over, my cat will un roll it. :D But other than that, over is the way it should be.

Mine rolls which ever way I happen to stick it in the holder. I mean who really cars, just as long as theres enough there when I need it.

I put it under for the same reason. However, I dont get all bent out of shape trying to find the front of the paper. Its not that big of a deal :cool:

although it seems most of the people here put it over.....ive found a strange fact to be true for most others....girls i know always put it over and guys tend to put it under. btw its over for me.

I grew up with under, but my wife always had hers over. We used to battle about it, but now we often just put the new roll on top of the empty cardboard.

It has to be over for me. and what really pisses me off is that none of the lady folk in my house seem to be able to put a new roll on the holder. How hard can it possibly be. I just expect the damn roll to be where it normally is. That is the last moment when i want to be searching around for something. ok i feel better now that i have that rant off my chest. Oh it also helps to have your own bathroom. thankfully i now do.

When I was younger and a little more anal retentive about things being a certain way, I got in a big ass fight with my first wife after I left her explicid instructions on how to replace the roll of toilet paper. Step by step, including making sure it unrolls OVER THE TOP!!! that empty tube on the holder and the other roll just sitting there pisses me off to no end!! That is the laziest fucking thing anyone could do.. How much effort does it take to replace the roll of toilet paper??? AURGGHH :mad:

Well I am sad now that I apparently sound womanly. But I dislike being trapped on the crapper without a decent roll of paper there. It is just (excuse the pun) shitty.

well this is very funny i thought this was more of a joke for some people ,but it can get serious i guess:confused: i dont really care, it doesnt bother me either way:cool:

you gotta have it over...if not have it sideways on the toilet like taranaki says.....if all else fails do what i did...i took an empty cd-r spool and stuck a roll of tp on there...left some of the plastic disks on the spool so the tp roll could spin around....there u go...easy tp dispenser:)

Under.......i don't know why, that's just the way I like it

Um... lemme think... I don't know which is under and which is over... they both go over the top...just blew a circuit thinking about that :huh: ...

Anywho, I'll just say that I like it when the end hangs down behind the roll. This is because if you ever pull too much out, you just spin the roll and it's back on. Hard to do if it's installed the other way.
