LS1 2002 for 20G's?

My girls in the market for a new camaro and was looking at one with around 20,000 miles on it from a dealer. She said it was an LS1 2002 for 20. Is that a good deal? We also saw a Z28 2000 for 17,000. But the dealer was willing to go down to 15,000. Would either of those be good deals?

Yeah, it is more fun but not for LA traffic! And she doesn't know how to use one either.
