Squeaky 98gt

Ok, My 98 has the squeeks! When I am driving normal on a semi bouncy road my stang just squeeks like hell in the rear and front suspension areas? When parked I can do the suspension bounce pushin down on the bumper and it squeeks the same
What do I do?
Can I just get under ther with some silicone lube and spray everything that has a bushing or what?
I know I need to "oil" some parts but whiuch ones??
