H&R Sports w/Bilstein HD shocks?

I have an 89 CRX and I just ordered H&R Sport Springs that will drop the front 1.9" and the rear 1.8". People have told me to get the Bilstein HD monotube shocks, but everywhere I look it says that those are for the stock ride height. I called Bilstein and the guy said that as long as the spring itself is the same length as the stock then it should work. I love the reviews for Bilstein, but I don't want to get them and then end up ruining them because they weren't made for the drop. Any advice? Get them? Get something else? I know I've probly asked this same question more than once in other posts in a different form but I'm not a suspension wiz and any help would be great. Thanks!

I just ordered H&R Sports because I heard that (well, atleast on my car) they don't require replacement of struts or camber kits and the ride quality is still comparable to stock.

I've been looking at Koni yellows too but I don't like the reviews about them. I hear that the paint comes off very easily and on some applications adjusting them requires disassembly. Any other advice on the Bilsteins? Anyone?

You will be fine w/ Bilstein's. No struts is really made for a drop - up to 2" drop is safe.
