I got the wiring diagram from installdoctor.com and I installed it myself last night but the thing is that when I connect the ACC and Battery wires seperately the cd player does not come on but when I take all four of the wires (ACC from player and car & Battery from player and car) and I put them together the radio turns on but it messes with my clock...everytime I start the car the clock reads 1:00 and the radio doesnt keep cd titles, radio stations, or none of that memory type stuff...whats going on ?

What's happening is that whenever your car is off, your radio isn't getting power. That's why it's always resetting. Try doing this. Connect the Constant and Accessory wires of your radio together. With your car OFF, connect the two wires you have to the battery wire from your car. If the radio doesn't go on, either one of two things probably happened. One: a fuse is blown. Two: you have the Const and Acc wires mixed up. Using the same setup, turn on your car. If the radio then goes on, you just found the Acc wire. Then, connect the two radio power wires with the other car wire. If the first one was Acc, then the other should be Const and should turn on the radio regardless if the car is on or off. If not, check for fuses again. If you have a multimeter or a volt meter, you can just check the wires without the radio. If both of them show 12V when the car is on, then more likely than not, something is wrong with your radio.

Yeah, the battery wire is more commonly known as the constant wire (as in constant 12 volts...)
