Definitely fastest. "Best" is a subjective term, someone who doesn't like performance cars probably would enjoy a Civic over a Prelude.

it is kinda cramped in the back. especially with people who have big feet.
the back seats are still more comfortable than in a hyundai tiburon.

Wonder why they didn't decided to allow the rear seats to fold in. Kinda sucks to only be allowed to fold down 1 seat to reveal a small 5" x 6" hole

Or why they didn't take out the rear seats and make this car a smaller 2600 pound 2 seater!

My guess is chassis flex. The rear of a stock 4th gen seems to flex quite a bit. I notice a remarkable difference when I installed my rear strut bar. I don't think the prelude was really meant to be a cargo car. You could go buy an accord for that. The prelude tested Honda innovation, and with innovation comes performance and rear chassis flex creates understeer which already plagues FWD cars.
Just a little tidbit:
The target audience for our 4th gen was actually girls.. and it was said that in the first few years, some 75% (don't quote me) of new prelude owners were girls. I don't know if it was actually designed for girls though..

Out of curiosity, what is the hp/tq of a 2003 v6 accord. I noticed the 2000+ accords look very similar to a prelude.....
