S 10 Blazer wont start when cold.

I have a 1993 S-10 Blazer that will not start when it is cold. My scanner does not show any error code. I have tried changing the intake air sensor and it did not help. It seem that if the air temperature is less than 68 degrees it wont start. If the temperature is over 68 degrees it starts no problem. Does any one have any possible solutions?
