97-03 interior in a 94' se ????

I have a 1994 gp se 2 dr. I wanted to know if I could bolt a 97-03 interior in my car without any drilling etc.. I mean putting in frt and rear seats and door panels. I already know you can put the 97-03 console in. Any help is appreciated.
