How hard to replace rear Passat rotors?

Like many others I see here, I've experienced early rear rotor warping on our 2002 Passat wagon. As an OK DIYer, I'm thinking I'll replace the rotors and pads myself. How tough is it on this model? Any special tools I should have on hand? Other tips?

Addendum: it's a 2002 1.8l turbo wagon with moderately cooked rear rotors

changing the rotoprs is a snap, changing the pads a different story, the parking brake is built into the rear caliper, and the piston needs to be "screwed in) with the proper tool, not hard to do, can be done with out if you are creative, but much easier with the right tool,

The right tool can be had at most auto parts stores - just ask them for the integrated brake caliper tool and they should be able to hook you up. Bought mine from Autozone for $12.
