D16A6 question...

There is a guy up at my shop who wants longer gear ratios for his car. Obviously he wants a new transmission, so I was wondering which ones could be used with the least hassle.

He wants something so he gets better mileage on the highway, if I understand him correctly. Seems odd to me.
