i own a 1994 EX, for a slight increase in power, but mostly just for the experience, i have integrated a custom ram air intake into the system. by forcing air through a duct into the box fliter, i hope to achieve colder intake air tempratures, and maybe a little extra psi for power at speeds. my only concern now is that with a ground clearence of about 7 inches, this new system may take in water and damage the filter and/or hydrolock the engine, since i dont want to put it into this situation, but nor do i want to be liek everyone else and just dick around with a CAI off of ebay, i want to make my own bypass valve for the water-intake prevention that i feel will be neccessary. if anyone here has a manufactured bypass valve and can give me directions on how to make one, or even just how they work so i can craft something myself, it would be extremely appreciated. thanks.
