Clutch shot?!

lately my 94 Accord EX has been acting up. The car doesn't want to go into reverse or first gear without a LOT of pressure from the shift knob. I believe my clutch may be going out. I don't want to force it too much for the fear of really messing up my shifter. This happens in almost every gear.
Is there any fluid that should be checked? Or do I need a new clutch? Looking for ideas on how I can fix this.
thanks!

i have the same problem in my 95 accord ex. i jus had my clutch replaced after i hit about 125,ooo miles. the whole clutch jus blew out on me as i was goin into second. i got the same problem as i gotta force my first and reverse a LOT into gear as well. but yea u should check ur pressure plates, ur clutch fluid, or maybe get a new shifter. any who clutches and gears arent things us amateurs can inspect off the back.. get a professional opinion before u decide to do anythin.

How much was it to get your clutch replaced? Yeah, I tried to take a look at it, but I thought I would probably just screw it up more if I messed with it. I'm gonna bring it in somewhere next week, until then I'm biking to work and school. haha
