This a deal or not?

Hello, I am looking at a 1999 Chevy Blazer that is in great shape except some paint missing around the bottom part of the rear door, and some ciggerette burns in the seats. All the electrical and mechanical parts work and don't leak anything. The dealer I talked to said that they would sell it to me for $10,500, is this a good deal or a rip off.

Damn how many miles on it? one?

I decided against the 1999 Blazer and went with a 2003 Blazer. I feel much better with this one.
