Do you have a new header. My DC-S header rattles like crazy. It's the flex pipe.

My flex pipe problem (DC-S) made noise between 2500 & 3000 RPM. I made sure it was the flex pipe by wrapping the flex real tight with header wrap. Noise went away. DC gave me a new part.
On a car with your mileage I'd worry about the timeing belt tensioner. They're a known to be a potential problem on h22s.

i checked the bearing, its fine and i jsut did a T belt replacement, my A/C bearing is screwd but it really seems it only under certien loads like mostly up hill or,its a auto and if i put it in park and hold the brake and mash the throtle really fast it wil amke the noise....eny idea? youhave to MASH the throttle though uther wise it wont make that noise, thanks guys for your input.

Just a thought, my 93 had a strange vibration when the throttle was lifted. Turned out to be coming from inside the catylitic converter, and it was tought to find.
