i was just wondering if the greddy bov and ic piping kit was a good deal, it says sit comes with a S-type BOV wich is expensive ,so...if the bov was 200 and thw whole thing was 234 thoes would probally be some shitty ic pipes right?

pipes are pipes. you can make your own pipes for free, and the'll work just as well.

GO GREDDY!! WOOHOO! haha. You and me vince... thats about the only ones that like them. Dude by the looks of your car, pipes and a bov aren't really necessary! Or are you sick of the turbo xs? I paid 160 for my type s. and my fmic came with all the piping. Plus with your greddy v-spec, the pipes should already be flanged for a type-s. Just get on ebay and buy a universal type s and it will bolt right up. no problems.

Another type-s fan! Why would you not want to buy one of these? It does it's job and sounds cool as hell.

It will probably make your plugs foul up faster, might die when you shift into neutral, and be extremely jerky... but won't damage your engine. Rich yes.

Don't forget stoplight stalling and stumbling. :nono:

venting to the atmosphere is pointless anyway unless you have the extra equipment to support it....unless you're worried about every little ounce of power you can get, I wouldn't bother. :evillol:

ok... the purple isn't #1 on the list of things that make it a great BOV... lol...

i can vent mine with no problems, i just 'harden' it up and let it blow all over the place!!!! lol

but really... i made a mark with a marker [duh] so you have a reference point to start at. harden 1 revolution and take it out for a spin. when i take mine out i will test the characteristics of closing the throttle at high rpm/boost regime in, say, 2nd gear. if it is too loose, it will blow with the slightest change of throttle position. too tight and you will jerk and hicup the engine. adjust accordingly and you should be fine in all regimes of everyday driving. now if you want to race just harden like 1/2 to 3/4 of a turn and you will be fine.

GREDDY ROCKS!!!
