Need help with 240 sx pricing!!!!

I am looking to buy a 240 sx in a few days. I found a 1990 with a dual cam engine conversion, (the newer model) which better accompanies a turbo that I plan on putting on eventually, it also is shaved completely, the interior is painted yellow and red (very good looking) with an exhaust, intake, and it also has a full body kit with 17 inch rims and a ferrari taillight conversion. The guy is asking around $4400 canadian which turns into around 3800 american give or take (since i blow at math). Here are some pictures, one of the front, which is bad quality, and one of the back, which is much better. Is it worth the price?

I'd much rather buy a stock 240sx for much less than have that 240sx

Isn't the SOHC engine better for turboing? That is what I though but I agree with klohig get a better 240sx..you don't know what he did or if he raced the engine hard.
