All quality suspension parts will come with detailed direction, if not they can be supplied free of charge. With the right tools, its not that hard of a job to do.
1. www.helminc.com (factory repair manual) best addition to any car - should be the 1st if your planning on doing some work.
2. http://www.binghamtonlife.com/manual/2gsm/suspension.htm - that is for a '91 CRX but yours will be pretty damn close to that.
