fuel filter position

were are the fuel filter on the blazer 97.

Under driver side alongside frame.

Is it hard to change?

No if yours gazline don't have to much rust.

I just changed my fuel filter on my 96 blazer and its not to hard. Theres just not to much room to work with. The hardest part for me was getting the damn clamp off. The clamp also holds three other lines above the filter and I practically broke my fingers trying to snap them out of the clamp.
