flat spot

i seem to have a flat spot under heavy acceleration. i wrap it up to about5 grand let let the clutch loose, it jumps off of the line then about half way through first it seems to fall on its face for about a half sec. then comes back strong. It almost feels like acceration without boost when it happens. i have a 92 vr-4 and was wondering if this was a problem or just the nature of the beast :evillol: It also does it under a normal load running through the gears like a normal person. I know its not the clutch slipping because i have a stage 3 os geiken clutch in her. (it grabs) if anybody has some info that could help me out please reply. thank you
