Dual Boost controller

I found this Lo-Hi Dual Controller at http://www.dejontool.com/DSM-MBC.htm I was wondering if anyone has one of these, or know if its a good boost controller?
The price is very low considering it to be a dual stage boost controler, what do you guys think?
